Some stories can only be told once
There is no experience quite as unique as the birth of a child. From the maternal strength to the first cry of life, this—out of any other day—you will want to remember.
BIRTH STORIES
THE WORK
Make sure you can cherish every moment, in the now, and forever.
When the time comes, I will be there, as a silent companion. My job will be to document every special moment without disturbing you.
My goal is to capture your baby’s first cry, the first touch of sunlight on their face, the quiet intimacy the moment you hold your baby for the first time.
That’s what I’m there for.
I work silently, with no need for direction. I strive for the genuine shots, making sure these moments transcend the moment.
Every Part of the Story
A full birth story session includes every chapter—from labor to the cradle
Labor
You choose when you want to start the sessions. Whether it is the start of labor with a small shoot session, or moments before the birth, I will capture your hard work and strength.
Birth
Whenever that moment comes I will be positioned, present, and ready. Whatever your birth looks like, I’ll make sure to capture the special moments.
The First Hour
Skin to skin. First cries. The weighing and measuring of your precious child. The immediate postpartum hour is sacred. I stay to make sure nothing is missed.
How it works
1
We Connect
We’ll meet before your due date to discuss your birth preferences, your space, your timeline and what matters to you.
2
You Call, I Come
When you’re ready, you can call and I will come to you— home, hospital, birth center, etc. I will be on-call 24/7 around the predicted date for your birth and will stay through the first hour postpartum.
3
Your Gallery Arrives
Within three to four weeks, you’ll receive a curated gallery and a documented, edited video (if you decide to include it in your package.)

A Few Things to Know
-
As early as possible — I accept a limited number of birth clients each month. Most families book in the second trimester.
-
I try to be as close to my clients as distance allows, which usually allows me to get there, even if the birth is quick. However, if your baby surprises everyone, we'll schedule a fresh 48-hour newborn session at no additional charge.
-
All of them. Hospital, birth center, home births. Vaginal, cesarean, medicated, unmedicated. Every birth is a story worth telling.
-
Depending on your preference, I will stay as long or as short as possible. I arrive during active labor and stay through the first hour postpartum — typically 4 to 10 hours total. There are no overtime fees if labor runs long.
-
Make sure to notify your birth team that you will have a photographer around for your birth. Apart from that, I don't need a styled space or a "photogenic" setup — I'm there for what's real. Just call or text me as soon as labor begins.
-
In order to make sure you get as much content as you want, schedule a call. I offer both video and photo services for birth, as well as prints.
